As a Business Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market shifts to stay ahead
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
