MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage and reduce the legal and reputational risks and associated financial implications for the business by delivering professional legal advisory services
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide expert legal advice support and interpretation of law on general legal matters including the mitigation of risks associated with legal non-compliance
Manage litigation and medical malpractice claims
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: Law degree at a recognized University.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential: At least 5 years post qualification legal as in-house counsel or at a law firm
Desired: At least 5 years legal experience in the UAE and in the field of dispute resolution
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
