Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer (Inside)
Position Objective
Understand the technical aspects of the companys products and services.
Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
23 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
Engineering degree in Instrumentation or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical products and services.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication presentation and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
Work closely with the outside sales team to propose suitable technical solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers.
Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products or solutions based on customer requirements.
Assist in preparing proposals quotations and technical documents for sales activities.
Provide post-sales technical support and guidance.
Identify new sales opportunities and support lead-generation activities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
Authority
Identify potential customers and coordinate with internal teams to explore possibilities for product customization.
