Ontime Group is urgently hiring a DHA-Registered Homecare Nurse to join our dedicated team in this crucial role you will provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in their own homes ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing patient comfort and promoting their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care including assessments medication administration and wound care in patients homes
- Monitor and document patients health status reporting any changes to the physician
- Assist patients with daily living activities fostering independence and dignity
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans
- Develop and implement patient-centered nursing care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and support
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Experience in homecare nursing preferred but not mandatory
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to provide individualized patient care
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a resident of Dubai or willing to relocate
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice
Benefits
Salary Benefits
9 hours a day 6 days a week
Salary 5000 AED - 8000 AED depends on experience
Duty Hour - 11 am - 8pm
