This role is for a seasoned QA Lead or Senior Software Tester with a minimum of 10 years of experience specifically tailored for the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) sector.

The candidate must possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premise) including core modules like Sales Marketing Customer Service and ClickDimensions.

The core of the responsibility involves managing the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) from requirement gathering and test plan development to manual execution of functional regression and integration tests.

A significant portion of the technical requirement focuses on API testing via Postman data migration validation and database testing using SQL

Beyond technical execution the role demands strong leadership and coordination skills within an Agile framework.

Given the focus on the Middle East banking environment the candidate must be adept at testing specialized applications such as Core Banking systems mobile/internet banking channels cards and payment gateways.
