BG Global is partnering with a leading provider of precision machinery solutions tailored for the jewelry manufacturing industry. Renowned for their technical innovation and customer-first approach the company is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing purchasing and supplier coordination while ensuring cost efficiency quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement from vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation to PO issuance and delivery tracking.

- Negotiate pricing commercial terms and lead times with suppliers.

- Coordinate import documentation and work closely with logistics warehouse and finance for smooth operations.

- Monitor procurement budgets maintain purchase records and track supplier performance.

- Support the P2P cycle including invoice verification and reconciliation.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field.

- 35 years of procurement experience preferably in manufacturing/trading/equipment sectors.

- Knowledge of international sourcing and import procedures.

- Strong negotiation Excel and vendor management skills; ERP experience is a plus.

- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required Skills:

- Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related disciplines. - A proven track record in business development sales or marketing coupled with an extensive network within the UAEs MEP consulting lighting design specifier and real estate development communities. - Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. - In-depth knowledge of LED lighting products and their diverse applications - A self-starter attitude driven by results and capable of autonomous work. - Familiarity with UAE construction and lighting industry norms and regulations.
