UX/UI Product Designer (Junior to Mid-Level)
Join the Real Builders. Were hiring a UX/UI Designer (Junior/Mid) who delivers with speed clarity and clean User Experience.
Were not looking for pixel pushers. Were a compact design unit inside SBS Softwares Dubai office shaping the next-gen banking experience across multiple high-impact platforms.
Youll join a design team trusted to deliver top-tier experiences for:
- Retail and Business Banking Apps used by millions
- AI-powered tools to assist bankers and customers alike
- Back-office systems with workflows for onboarding approvals and compliance
- New design system foundations being rolled out globally
Youll work with a Head of Design whos hands-on demanding and committed to growth. The pace is high expectations are higher and the learning is exponential.
What Youll Actually Work On
In your first 6 months youll likely:
- Design new mobile-first banking features
- Create polished UI in Figma using tokens components auto-layout and prototypes
- Collaborate in real time with teammates in India and Europe
- Tweak flows with Product QA and Devs and own quality from wireframe to final spec
- Contribute to our multi-brand design system documenting components and visual specs
- Participate in user testing and research with Maze client feedback or internal testing groups
- Present ideas take feedback fast iterate faster
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
You dont need 10 years of experience. You need these five traits:
- Strong Figma skills
- Clean UX/UI output
- Fast and autonomous
- Positive energy
- Comfort with pace and feedback
Bonus points if youve:
- Worked on banking fintech or dashboards
- Helped build or extend a design system
- Played with prototyping tools accessibility tools or product analytics
