ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset & BIM Manager to lead digital delivery information management and BIM implementation across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM digital engineering or information management on major design and or construction projects
Proven experience developing and implementing BIM strategies standards and workflows
Strong knowledge of digital asset management data governance and common data environments
Must have held a similar Digital Asset BIM Manager or equivalent leadership role on at least one comparable project
Experience on technically complex large scale infrastructure programmes is highly desirable
Middle East particularly UAE experience is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across the programme lifecycle
Establish and manage the Common Data Environment and information management processes
Oversee model coordination data integration and digital asset requirements
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards protocols and client requirements
Coordinate with design teams contractors and stakeholders on digital workflows
Support handover of accurate as built models and asset information
Qualifications :
Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related discipline (Masters preferred)
