The Executive Director Food & Beverage Middle East Africa & Türkiye is responsible for developing and executing F&B strategies aligned with global direction while driving operational excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction.
This role oversees new projects and concept development mentors and supports teams builds strong relationships with owners and key stakeholders and monitors performance across KPIs brand standards and the competitive landscape. The position also leads initiatives aimed at improving consistency driving revenue growth and strengthening overall F&B performance across the region.
- Strategic Regional Leadership: Develop and deliver F&B strategies and programs aligned with global direction specifically tailored for MEA&T.
- Dual Reporting Alignment: Partner closely with the Regional President MEA&T to ensure initiatives support each regions commercial and operational priorities.
- Project Delivery & Concept Development: Lead F&B input for new builds renovations and concept creation coordinating with operations designers architects and owners.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs address underperforming hotels with action plans and reinforce brand and quality standards through site visits and reviews.
- Guest Experience & Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and identify new revenue opportunities markets or innovations beyond core business.
- Owner & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and partners to align expectations and maximize efficiency.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning: Mentor coach and track career development of F&B leaders including interviewing key senior F&B hires.
- Procurement & Cost Optimization: Partner with Corporate Procurement to ensure optimal product quality and cost control across the region.
- Communication & Collaboration: Host annual F&B conferences share global updates and align regional teams on strategy and best practices.
- Thought Leadership & Culture Building: Act as a role model for Accor values inspire free thinking and ownership and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree (Preferred)
- With minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within large-scale multi-unit international hotel chains or leading restaurant groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team player attitude. Results oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to analyze data and trends and create strategies for improvement
- Ability to travel; Flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth profit improvement and guest satisfaction in F&B operations
- Multi-Cultural F&B Market Dynamics: Specialized understanding of diverse culinary trends consumer preferences and operational challenges across various MEA&T markets (e.g. UAE KSA Turkiye Egypt)
- F&B Concept & Brand Development: Expertise in creating refining and executing F&B concepts that align with market demands and brand positioning
- Financial Management & P&L Optimization (F&B specific): Advanced skills in F&B budgeting forecasting cost control revenue management and profitability analysis
- Culinary & Beverage Program Development: Strong understanding of culinary trends menu engineering wine programs mixology and procurement of high-quality ingredients
