As a Finance Director - FP&A Management you will be responsible for:
Providing financial planning analysis and reporting for Corporate a business or a P&L within a business
Managing a team of people covering the full range of DAWs within the FP&A family.
Advising management in the function and/or in the business.
Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions.
Working with cross functional teams.
Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation.
Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelors Degree in Finance
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance Management with project experience.
Have strong Oracle knowledge (highly preferred)
Have previous experience in multinationals
Have strong written and oral communication skills
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Have established project management skills
