Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a Retention/Conversion Agent for one of its clients operating in the Forex industry in Dubai UAE.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Forex trading company based in Dubai operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment. The company is known for its strong focus on technology-driven solutions customer-centric operations and compliance with international regulatory standards. With a growing presence in the region they offer innovative trading services and a dynamic workplace that encourages performance growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Contact leads within minutes of their registration
Guide clients through the registration process KYC (Know Your Customer) document upload and their first deposit
Build long-term relationships with clients
Encourage active traders to increase their equity/balance in order to trade larger volumes
Provide daily market updates technical analysis and alerts related to high-volatility events
Reconnect with and engage existing or inactive clients

Requirements

Proven track record in retention re-activation conversion sales or client recovery
Experience in Forex CFD or trading is a strong advantage
Strong ethical mindset with excellent closing skills
Performance-driven professionals willing to work on-site in Dubai
Ability to manage high-value UK clients and generate strong deposit volumes
British nationals are welcome
