IIQAF Group is hiring a hardworking and reliable Civil Helper to support construction activities across our building and infrastructure projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Assist in construction site preparation and material handling
Support civil workers in concrete mixing brickwork plastering and general construction tasks
Load and unload construction materials and tools
Maintain a clean and organized construction site environment
Follow instructions from site supervisors and civil engineers
Operate basic hand tools and assist in equipment setup
Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety regulations and site safety standards
Help with scaffolding setup and basic structural support tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Civil Helper Construction Laborer or Site Worker preferred
Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Awareness of construction site safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on residential commercial or infrastructure projects in Dubai
