Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems plumbing HVAC lighting and fixtures
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair issues
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain and repair doors windows flooring and facility equipment
• Assist in monitoring and servicing generators water systems and medical facility infrastructure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility maintenance preferred
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
• Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tools and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational certification in Maintenance Electrical Mechanical or related field
• Experience working in hospitals clinics or healthcare facilities in Dubai
• Knowledge of infection control and healthcare compliance standards
