Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations including employee relations attendance payroll coordination onboarding and compliance with company policies. Ensures smooth HR processes and supports management in implementing HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise HR operations team and ensure timely execution of HR tasks.
Manage employee records attendance and leave systems.
Coordinate payroll data with the finance department.
Support recruitment onboarding and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports and support audits.
Handle employee queries and promote a positive work environment.
Handle Staff more than 1000
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration.
46 years of HR operations experience preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor law.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
