We are looking for a reliable and friendly Sales Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your duties will include assisting customers promoting products and ensuring that the store is well-organized and visually appealing. You should also be able to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely.

To be successful as a Sales Associate you must be honest approachable and knowledgeable about products while complying with company sales policies and procedures.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner

Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations

Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed neatly

Process sales transactions accurately

Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and promptly

Support inventory management and replenishment of merchandise

Follow company sales policies and maintain a positive store environment

Eligibility:

Candidates with prior experience and freshers are welcome to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
