We are seeking a professional and customer focus Driver to join our team in Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. As a Driver you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests outside Catering and staffs to and from various destinations in Dubai and surrounding areas
Maintain a thorough knowledge of local roads traffic patterns and alternative routes to ensure timely arrivals
Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about local attractions and hotel services
Ensure vehicles are clean well-maintained and fueled at all times
Conduct regular safety checks and report any vehicle issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of trips mileage and fuel consumption
Adhere to all traffic laws safety regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and customer service abilities

Qualifications :

Valid driving license with at least 3 years of experience preferably license number 6
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
At least 2 years of professional driving experience preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent knowledge of Dubais road network and traffic patterns
Strong command of English and Arabic for effective communication with guests and colleagues
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational college diploma preferred
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Physical fitness to assist with luggage handling and passenger needs
Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance checks
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures (preferred)
