Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end AI technology architecture for a diversified investment group ensuring scalable secure and business-aligned adoption of AI across portfolio companies and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead selection evaluation and integration of AI platforms LLMs MLOps tools and data infrastructure across the group
Assess existing IT cloud and data landscapes; define target-state AI architecture
Design enterprise-grade AI reference architectures (data model integration security)
Partner with investment teams IT digital and portfolio leadership to align AI initiatives with value creation
Drive standardization reuse and interoperability across portfolio companies
Ensure scalability performance reliability and cost efficiency of AI solutions
Establish architectural governance documentation and best practices
Evaluate emerging AI technologies for strategic adoption
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data teams
Translate complex AI concepts into executive-level business language
Required Experience & Skills
15 years in architecture roles (AI data cloud or enterprise platforms)
Proven delivery of enterprise-scale AI or advanced analytics platforms
Strong background in:
Cloud (AWS Azure GCP)
Data platforms (lakehouse streaming feature stores)
MLOps / LLMOps
API and integration architecture
Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
Nice to Have
Consulting or Big Tech background
Exposure to investment firms conglomerates or shared services models
Experience with GenAI governance and platform enablement
