Key Responsibilities:
- Develop update and manage detailed 3D models of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Coordinate with architectural structural and other trade models to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Interpret MEP drawings specifications and design documents to accurately model systems.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement required updates and revisions.
- Prepare shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built models as per project requirements.
- Maintain model accuracy quality and data integrity throughout all project stages.
- Collaborate with engineers BIM coordinators and project managers to ensure design intent and project standards are met.
- Manage and organize project documentation following company BIM standards.
- Support the creation and maintenance of BIM families and content libraries as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler within the construction industry.
- Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD MEP Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems components and coordination processes in building and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent attention to detail organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE available to start immediately and willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
