OnTime Healthcare is looking for a skilled and dedicated Madero Therapist/Massage Therapist to join our wellness this role you will provide specialized massage therapy services integrating MaderoTherapy techniques to help clients achieve optimal physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients needs to develop personalized treatment plans incorporating MaderoTherapy techniques
- Administer MaderoTherapy sessions effectively utilizing wooden instruments to promote lymphatic drainage and relaxation
- Integrate various massage modalities alongside MaderoTherapy to provide a holistic approach to client care
- Educate clients about the benefits of MaderoTherapy and suggest lifestyle modifications to enhance treatment results
- Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments progress and adjustments to care plans
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards while creating a calm and inviting environment for clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Certification in Massage Therapy with specific training in MaderoTherapy techniques
- Experience as a Madero Therapist or Massage Therapist in a clinical or wellness setting
- Proficient in various massage techniques and a strong understanding of human anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing personalized care
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
