- Prepare accurate quotes apply pricing guidelines and update offers when shipment conditions change.
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to verify loading feasibility and handle special cargo requirements.
- Manage booking updates check customer documentation and ensure all compliance steps are completed before departure.
- Promote and sell valueadded services while supporting revenue optimization.
- Support customers in using digital sales and booking tools.
- Arrange export trucking with customers and service providers to ensure ontime delivery.
- Ensure proper management of shipment documentation and airwaybill stock.
- Deliver excellent customer service resolve issues proactively and share market insights with the Sales team.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Experience in customer service sales support or logistics/airfreight operations.
- Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Ability to manage quotations bookings and freight documentation with precision.
- Good coordination skills and ability to work effectively with internal departments.
- Comfortable using digital tools and commercial/operational systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility with working hours is expected.
- The position is based in Dubai UAE.
