DescriptionRole : Manager - Savings & Life Products Banca Takaful
Location : Dubai
Role Purpose:
To manage Bancatakaful Life and savings takaful business. This includes exploring and assisting in development of products across segments managing relationships with external stakeholders and increase cross sell objective. The role requires ADIB to attain and maintain market leadership in terms of product innovation and providing best in class customer experience.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Cascade the banks strategy as it pertains to life product distribution and cross-sell. This requires translation of the business plans to initiatives budgeting marketing and business development taking in consideration regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external business partners (service providers Takaful providers.)
- Plan and manage marketing strategies & track profitability and explore opportunities to maximize revenues.
- Drive building and delivering revenue via digital capabilities for Takaful.
- Analyze provider channel activity trends to identify areas for improvement or support.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Share insights with the team to help refine product offerings and distribution strategies.
- Coordinate training sessions and product briefings for front-line staff and channel partners.
- Assist in preparing sales materials FAQs and product guides to support sales efforts.
- Explore and develop opportunities to expand the takaful business within different channels. Work closely with segment division and provide suitable products and solutions for each segment.
- Explore market outlook update and competition scanning.
- Design staff motivation schemes and incentive plans.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly partner performance across assigned channels and prepare reports for management review.
- All above responsibilities include but not limited to any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Bachelors degree in business with specialisation in Finance or Accounting
- Understand Bancatakaful market / industry dynamics and key drivers of change in market conditions
- Good knowledge of UAE Banking Practices.
- Good presentation planning organization interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and innovative approach.
- Partnership management skills.
Previous experience:
10 years relevant experience in the banking/ Insurance sector.
