Union Properties is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing upgrading and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.

Key Requirements:

Strong Dubai experience is a MUST
Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA RTA Etisalat DU Dubai Municipality etc.)
Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads utilities networks services)
Lead design review coordination and approvals with consultants and authorities
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
Coordinate with internal teams consultants contractors and authorities
Ensure compliance with local regulations standards and authority requirements
Monitor project timelines budgets risks and quality
Support handover testing commissioning and close-out activities

Preferred Profile:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
8 years of experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on proactive and solution-oriented
