Real Estate Sales Executive Luxury Properties (Dubai)
We are hiring highly driven Real Estate Sales Executives for a Dubai-based luxury real estate agency. This is a target-driven sales role focused on HNI and big-ticket property closures. Candidates from India are welcome 2-year UAE work visa and insurance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressive cold calling & lead generation through data mining
Handling HNI investors and premium clients
Selling luxury residential and investment properties
Managing high-value / big-ticket deals end to end
Client meetings property presentations & site visits
Strong follow-ups and deal closures
Supporting GTM activities for new project launches
Requirements
Prior experience in real estate sales (India or UAE)
Strong cold calling negotiation & closing skills
Confidence in handling HNI / premium clients
Excellent English communication
Target-oriented high-energy sales mindset
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: AED 4000/month
High commission on every deal closed
