We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outlet Manager to lead La Sirene Restaurant our Lebanese restaurant delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership cultural authenticity and commercial acumen in a luxury hotel environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service delivery
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
- Lead train and motivate the outlet team to achieve service excellence
- Ensure compliance with Avani brand standards SOPs and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and control costs budgets and labor scheduling
- Drive revenue through upselling promotions and themed dining experiences
- Coordinate with kitchen reservations and hotel departments
- Ensure authentic Lebanese dining experience and ambiance
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience in a similar role within hotel or premium restaurant operations
- Prior experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Sound knowledge of F&B operations cost control and HACCP
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in UAE/GCC hospitality market preferred
