The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our this role you will be achieving sales and growth targets within assigned markets and accounts including pipeline development management and accurate sales forecasting.
How youll make an impact
Driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Leading and orchestrating cross-functional teams/capture teams to develop and present competitive differentiated solutions and bids to customers.
Defining bid pricing positioning and channel strategies to maximize competitiveness.
Collaborating with internal teams to align and optimize sales strategies.
Providing technical expertise to customers delivering tailored solutions for grid optimization and security requirements.
Proactively position products solutions services and new technologies through seminars workshops trials and proof-of-concept initiatives leveraging Presales Technical Support resources.
Leading technical and commercial discussions negotiations and deal closing.
Supporting post-sales operations and proactively resolving major customer concerns.
Building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders including EPCs end-users and consultants.
Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring evolving customer needs regulatory changes and market dynamics; translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities pipeline health and forecasts to management.
Contributing to strategic key account planning and execution.
Identifying new value pools and strategic openings aligned with Hitachi Energys portfolio strengths.
Tracking market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Identifying emerging opportunities and white spaces aligned with Hitachi Energys portfolio.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
A bachelors degree in relevant field.
8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing in Oil and Gas.
Strong Track record of sales and consistently achieving aggressive target.
Ability to manage complexity lead through change and operate in fast paced environments.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
