About the Role
A confidential logistics organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in 3PL freight forwarding and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth developing new business and managing key accounts within the UAE logistics market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across 3PL and freight forwarding services.
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals pricing structures and commercial presentations.
- Collaborate with operations customer service and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and close highvalue deals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts pipelines and activity reports.
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in 3PL freight forwarding logistics or supply chain within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of air sea and land freight operations warehousing and valueadded logistics services.
- Established network of clients across key industries (retail FMCG manufacturing ecommerce etc.).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close complex logistics deals.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build longterm client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
