We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry & Linen Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper care of linens and guest laundry contributing to our commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Sort wash dry and fold linens towels and guest clothing according to established procedures
- Identify and treat various types of stains using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Manage linen inventory and report any shortages or damages
- Ensure proper storage and distribution of clean linens to housekeeping staff
- Handle guest laundry requests with care and attention to detail
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility
- Assist in maintaining records of laundry operations and inventory
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient linen service
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
