I2 Group a Harris Computer Company is seeking a Middle East and Africa Territory Manager to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to travel in a designated territory learn new technology and work with a reputable company backed by a knowledgeable team. The incumbent will identify the needs of the customer demonstrate the benefits of the software and present to local government enterprises growing the customer base in their territory as well as enhancing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is an inquisitive self-starter who is interested in finding the best solution to fit the needs of our customers.

We are now looking for aSales Manager (f/m/d)who shares this passion for this role you wont just be selling software you will be opening doors to technology that helps investigators and analysts connect the dots protect communities and change lives.

This permanent position will be performed on a remote basis with regular travel across the Middle East and Africa region with occasional global travel to engage with clients and industry stakeholders. Candidates should be currently based in the UAE or Qatar or have the legal right to work in the Middle East.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Market Analysis and Strategy Development

  • Conduct in-depth market research and identify untapped opportunities.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies military organisations and intelligence bodies.

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs propose tailored solutions and secure long-term partnerships.

Proposal Development and Negotiation

  • Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals bids and presentations.

  • Support negotiations of contract terms and conditions with local sellers and the VP of Sales ensuring favourable outcomes.

Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership

  • Stay current with industry trends technologies and regulatory developments.

  • Represent i2 at industry events conferences and seminars as a subject matter expert.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering marketing legal and customer success teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Provide feedback and insights to product development to align solutions with market demand.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and report on business development activities including pipeline progress conversion rates and revenue.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on strategic initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of experience working within or alongside the Law Enforcement sector.

  • Demonstrable understanding of Operations Investigation and Intelligence processes and how technology can be applied to support them.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Candidates should be currently based in the UAE or Qatar or have the legal right to work in the Middle East.

  • Flexibility to travel across the Middle East and Africa and occasionally worldwide.
