Global Finance Manager (Contract)
6 months role to start immediately

Remote UAE / UK / Vietnam Multi-entity multi-currency

Soluis is hiring a Global Finance Manager to rapidly standardise and mature finance across a growing international group. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who brings pace structure and commercial claritywithout unnecessary bureaucracy.

You will own finance transformation outcomes including:

Stabilising/ professionalising month-end close and management reporting
Implementing a consistent group reporting structure across entities and currencies
Establishing clear cash visibility runway and forward funding insight
Embedding forecasting budgeting and governance as part of the operating rhythm
Introducing modern tech-enabled finance operations
Strengthening governance

By the end of your contract we are looking for a finance function that is predictable trusted cash-aware and scalable with a clean handover to BAU.

About you

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Proven multi-entity multi-currency delivery experience
Strong management accounting controls and commercial insight
Systems-minded and comfortable operating in a remote-first environment
