Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced InCharge to oversee banking and accounting functions. This role involves direct coordination with senior leadership and vendors along with team oversight and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with banks vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate directly with the Head of Department and external vendors.
- Oversee payments reconciliations fund flows and allocations.
- Lead and manage a small team; ensure task allocation and performance management.
- Monitor financial transactions and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in banking accounting or finance roles.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
