We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join as a Nutritionist Chef. This unique position requires a blend of culinary expertise and in-depth knowledge of nutrition to create healthy balanced and delicious meals tailored to the preferences and dietary needs.
Responsibilities
Plan prepare and cook a variety of nutritious and appealing meals that align with specific dietary requirements allergies health goals.
Develop bespoke menus focused on fresh seasonal and locally sourced ingredients ensuring optimal nutritional balance and quality.
Adapt recipes and meal plans to accommodate changing dietary needs and individual health objectives food intolerances or sports nutrition.
Oversee food presentation ensuring meals are visually appealing and served to a high standard at all times.
Advise on healthy eating balanced nutrition and lifestyle improvements as requested.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in nutrition-focused cooking with formal training in nutrition dietetics or a related field highly desirable.
Advanced culinary skills with a portfolio of healthy and creative recipes catering to varied dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free vegan.
Exceptional organisational abilities including meal planning time management and efficient kitchen operation.
Excellent communication skills able to discuss nutrition and food preferences with sensitivity and discretion.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a busy household demonstrating flexibility initiative and professionalism.
Fluency in English is required
Relevant qualifications in nutrition culinary arts or dietetics preferred.
Previous experience as a Nutrition Chef or nutritionist in a luxury household or similar high-end environment is beneficial..
