Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin / Listing Executive to manage and optimize premium property listings on the clients platform. This role supports sales enhances user experience and acts as a bridge between clients operations and the product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling and handle general administrative tasks

  • Perform market research and data analysis to support listing strategy

  • Manage and optimize premium listings to ensure promised visibility and placement

  • Monitor listing performance and share insights with clients

  • Coordinate internally to resolve issues impacting client satisfaction

  • Prepare performance reports and comparisons to support sales

  • Improve platform user experience for agents and landlords

  • Act as an internal product voice by translating client feedback into insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in tech platform operations or a related role

  • Strong familiarity with digital platforms or marketplaces

  • Comfortable working with data reports and performance metrics

Admin / Listing from RNPL 100 AED for any closed deal under 50K annual and 200 AED for any deal above .. 10% of total successful 10 Landlords subscriptions total value.
