Role Summary
As Sr. Manager Retail Media Growth you will lead a team of Ads Growth Managers across the MENA region driving ambitious ad sales targets for talabats retail media business. Your mission is to unlock revenue from both major and long-tail accounts ensuring our advertising solutions scale across local markets.
This is a results-oriented role for a strategic hands-on leader who can inspire a team execute commercial plans and grow revenue in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Whats On Your Plate
Lead and mentor a team of Ads Growth Managers setting clear targets and ensuring accountability for regional retail media revenue.
Drive ad sales strategy across MENA balancing focus on high-value accounts with systematic expansion into long-tail local markets.
Own regional sales forecasts pipeline management and target tracking ensuring the team meets or exceeds ambitious revenue goals.
Develop and implement playbooks sales enablement materials and GTM approaches that empower your team to win more business.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Partnerships to create compelling offerings and campaigns for advertisers.
Identify and execute strategic initiatives to expand market penetration improve account coverage and maximize advertiser engagement.
Partner with local teams to understand market nuances and adapt strategies for different regions and client segments.
Continuously analyze performance metrics uncover trends and implement data-driven improvements to sales strategies.
Bring creativity and commercial instinct to problem-solving ensuring your team consistently finds opportunities to grow revenue.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
7 years of experience in sales business development or retail media/advertising with at least 3 years managing a high-performing team.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a multi-market environment.
Deep understanding of digital advertising retail media or marketplace ecosystems.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills able to set targets motivate teams and deliver results.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across regional and local teams.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to optimize sales performance.
Creative entrepreneurial approach to solving challenges particularly in unlocking revenue from long-tail accounts.
