- Support daily People & Culture operations including employee records onboarding and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Coordinate learning and development activities trainings and Accor learning initiatives.
- Support visa insurance and employee lifecycle processes in line with local regulations.
- Contribute to employee engagement recognition programs and Heartist activities.
- Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain accurate HR data trackers and basic reports.
- Support audits compliance checks and internal HR reviews.
- Collaborate closely with P&C leadership and hotel departments.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of relevant internship or work experience
- Basic understanding of HR principles; hospitality exposure is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment
