ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Shift Leader to lead maintenance and engineering activities during assigned shifts.
Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance staff during assigned shifts
Ensure plant equipment operates safely efficiently and reliably
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate shift reports maintenance logs and handover notes
Recommends improvements in methods systems and procedures to improve efficiency
Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
Train coach and support team members to improve performance
Qualifications :
- Minimum 02 years experience in the position is preferred
- Proven hospitality experience is preferred
- Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
- Willingness to work shifts weekends and on-call if required
