We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital acquisition and paid media efforts within the Dubai real estate market. This role is ideal for a hands-on media buyer with strong experience driving qualified investor leads optimising CPA and maximising ROI across paid platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Media Buying (Core Focus)
- Plan execute and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search Display YouTube and remarketing channels
- Lead paid social media buying on Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality CPA and ROAS
- Continuously A/B test creatives audiences funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion rates
2. Digital Strategy & SEO
- Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and exclusive property inventory
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to rank for high-intent real estate keywords
- Manage and optimise the company website for performance UX and lead conversion
3. Analytics Reporting & Lead Flow
- Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics 4 Meta dashboards and CRM reports
- Deliver clear data-led reports with actionable insights for campaign optimisation
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems for efficient lead handover to sales
4. Content & Creative Oversight
- Work closely with designers videographers and external vendors to ensure all creatives are performance-optimised
- Maintain a luxury premium brand tone across all digital assets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing & media buying
- Strong preference for experience in UAE real estate or luxury sectors
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Business Suite
- Highly proficient in analytics reporting and performance optimisation
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and international investor targeting
- Results-focused data-driven and confident managing performance KPIs
