We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Manage and coordinate all food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and banquet facilities
- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
- Lead train and mentor a diverse team of food and beverage professionals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences
- Manage inventory control costs and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to improve operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the property
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of leading successful food and beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends particularly in the Middle Eastern market
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- International experience or familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is highly desirable
