As the CEO Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within the executive office, providing high-level support to the CEO and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CEO's busy calendar, ensuring effective time management
• Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Oversee communication on behalf of the CEO, handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the CEO
• Monitor and prioritize incoming requests and issues addressed to the CEO for appropriate action
• Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and other executives as needed
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in an executive support role or similar capacity
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a high level of professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
