Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of projects from design through execution. The role requires strong coordination with consultants clients and authorities to ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve shop drawings material submittals method statements and technical proposals
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications approved drawings and local authority regulations
- Coordinate with consultants clients and authorities to obtain technical approvals
- Resolve technical issues and discrepancies during design and construction stages
- Provide technical guidance to project managers engineers and site teams
- Participate in project planning value engineering and constructability reviews
- Support tendering and estimation teams with technical inputs and clarifications
- Assist in variation evaluation and preparation of technical justifications
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in a technical management role
- Strong knowledge of construction / fit-out standards and authority requirements

Experience coordinating with consultants and government authorities

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Arabic speaking is preferred
