- Lead all worksstream assessment feasibility architecture design and ICD
- Joint workshops with Client entities
- Field inventory
- 2-3 architecture options
- Works stream gap & feasibility reports
- Development of RFP packages
- Lead workstream evaluation
Qualifications :
- Degree in Electrical/Telecom/Control Engineering
- 12 years in transmission OT/SCADA/telecoms
- Strong SCMS/RTU/WAMS/PQMS/EDL experience
- Load-dispatch environment knowledge
- Familiarity with IECIEC 61850 ICCP DNP3
- TQT/transmission utility background
