- Technical lead for overall workstream: current-state assessment (SCADA/EMS/GMS/DTS/EDL/Siglon/PQA/settlement/OT infra)
- Transformation principles & target architecture
- Business cases and 10-year roadmap
- Emergency Control Center evaluation
- Workstream RFP packaging (8-10 packages) and execution support.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Electrical/Power/Control Engineering
- 12 years in control-centre/SCADA/EMS projects
- Led 2 similar projects as lead consultant/engineer
- Strong dispatch SCADA ops and Emergency Control Center knowledge.
