The Role
The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations for the UAE business acting as a key interface between clients operations and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer service delivery and coordination
Manage customer enquiries and issue resolution
Liaise with warehouse transport and operations
Maintain service standards and client relationships

Profile

4 years customer service or logistics experience
Chinese and English fluency required
Strong communication and organisational skills
