You will be the primary point of contact for all existing and potential customers across the assigned cluster of hotels. You will negotiate and confirm events in line with each hotels sales strategy and overall cluster guidelines. Additionally you will identify up-selling opportunities maximize revenue through catering group and corporate bookings and provide efficient and effective service in handling customer inquiries within predefined parameters to successfully close sales.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in any field
At least 2 years experiences in Sales & Marketing
Strong in inter-personal and leadership skills
Experience in hotel/property management or the entertainment business
Proficiency in English communication
Strong in driving results and good negotiation techniques
