We are seeking an experienced UAE Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in residential property sales and leasing. The successful candidate will manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to deal completion demonstrate strong portal expertise and operate in full compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
For managerial-level candidates this role will also involve team sourcing leadership responsibilities and contribution to business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Handle buyer seller landlord and tenant enquiries professionally
Qualify clients and understand investment or end-user requirements
Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Portal & Lead Management
Actively manage and optimise listings on portals such as Bayut Dubizzle and similar platforms
Generate and convert leads through portal enquiries and self-sourcing
Maintain accurate CRM records and deal pipelines
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and DLD regulations
Prepare and manage required documentation including MOUs Forms and KYC
Cooperate fully with mandatory background and verification checks
Managerial Responsibilities (For Senior / Manager-Level Candidates)
Demonstrate prior experience in a managerial or team-lead role
Source recruit and build a high-performing real estate team
Provide a structured business plan (BP) covering growth targets and team strategy
Support onboarding training and performance management of agents
Verification of previous managerial role required via former employer
