Summary
KeringBeauty Middle East is experiencing rapid multi brand growth and will deploy the Group SAP core model in H12026. The first 12months will focus primarily on delivering this migration; once stabilized the position will transition into a broader operational leadership scope. To reinforce our Operations team we seek an agile business partner who can steer day to day supply chain performance and lead the operational work stream of the SAP migration while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.Mission
Drive all operational processesDemand &Supply Planning Logistics Customer Service Inventory Managementto secure top line delivery in a fast growing environment.
Act as Project Manager for the Operations scope of the SAP core model deployment (go live H12026) ensuring flawless alignment between system design and business needs.
Structure and optimise tools & processes including the rollout of PowerBI dashboards for Sales &Operations performance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP / SAP Project Management
- Configure and support SAP implementation; design test (UAT) and document processes.
- Align SAP functionalities with Operations Finance and MasterData requirements; ensure crossdomain consistency.
- Identify interdependencies and secure stakeholder alignment (IT integrator Finance GotoMarket etc.).
- Develop training materials and deliver enduser trainings; champion change management.
2. Operations & Planning
- Own endtoend Demand &Supply Planning for all brands: define rolling 18month forecasts calibrate launch quantities validate orders vs. stock targets.
- Lead weekly DDS routines and S&OP meetings; balance service level inventory and cost in line with Kering sustainability guidelines.
- Manage Intercompany purchases and regional order flow; ensure data accuracy in SAP once live.
3. Logistics & 3PL Partnership
- Manage relationships with our 3PL partner: monitor SLAs optimize storage and transport flows review KPIs.
- Participate in WMS evolution and implementation projects.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in service and operations.
- Postimplementation manage 3PL performance (OTIF cost stock accuracy); negotiate improvements and lead continuousimprovement roadmap.
- Coordinate logistics budgets; optimise transport & storage safety stocks reorder points.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly sales/stock dashboards and monthly variance analysis versus Budget & Market.
- Consolidate Net Sales WHS and Sellout data; build and maintain PowerBI reports.
- Track departmental KPIs perform rootcause analyses and deploy corrective action plans.
Key Competencies & Profile
- Experience: 5years in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments including at least one fullcycle SAP deployment (ECC or S/4HANA). Beauty or Luxury experience is a strong plus.
- Education: Engineering or Business School degree
- Skills:
- Proven project & changemanagement expertise; able to manage priorities amid ambiguity and pressure.
- Advanced analytical abilities; strong command of SAP Excel & PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement; true team player.
- Mindset: Proactive adaptable rigorous and agile; thrives in highgrowth multibrand settings.
- Languages: Fluent English required; French an advantage.
