We are looking for talented FX Sales Professionals to join our clients growing desks in Dubai UAE. They are hiring for multiple language teams and are seeking candidates for both Conversion and Retention roles.

- Japanese Conversion & Retention
- Hindi Retention only
About the Role:
The client is seeking motivated FX Sales Professionals with strong communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for converting leads into active traders and maintaining relationships to ensure client retention. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Forex sales with high earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders (Conversion)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty (Retention)
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume
- Educate clients on trading platforms products and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in the desks designated language (written and spoken)
- Proven sales experience (FX finance or other sales-driven industries preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious results-driven and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Prior Forex or financial market experience is a plus but not mandatory
