Your Tasks
As Revenue Growth Manager you will maximize revenue and profit by developing and executing commercial strategies for our brands (NIVEA Labello Eucerin Hansaplast) across all channels. Youll work closely with Category Marketing and Sales teams to deliver the right assortment at the right price in the right place.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing promotions product mix and trade terms to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend actions and build business cases for both Beiersdorf and retail partners.
- Lead the implementation of revenue growth initiatives across the Middle East driving analytical insights and cross-functional alignment.
Main Accountabilities
- Pricing: Own local pricing execution monitor the market and collaborate with teams to set and optimize pricing and assortment plans.
- Promotion Management: Lead efficient promotion strategies analyze performance and ensure a triple win for shoppers retailers and Beiersdorf.
- Mix Management: Optimize product and channel mix for profitability and integrate into customer planning.
- Trade Terms Control: Ensure resources and budgets are allocated to the right customers and categories.
- Category Analysis: Use data to review category performance identify trends and support business growth.
You will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and ensuring our brands win in the market.
Lead & Activation
- Navigates matrix organization to deliver full RGM execution across Middle East.
- Leads for Middle East North Africa (MENA) and owns activation for UAE and Gulf(Activation for Saudi Arabia and NorthAfrica done by separate teams)
- Runs monthly meetings with Activation markets to gatekeep RGM execution.
- Locally >> Part of local S&CM lead & activation team as the owner of and sole contact for all RGM practices within the organization (ME).
Your Profile
- Business-related degree
- 5 years experience in Category Management Trade Marketing or Account Management within FMCG; at least 2 years in Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Excellent prioritization and attention to detail
- Effective communicator (written verbal presentation)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive can-do attitude
- Hands-on: ability to combine strategic LEAD role with hands-on execution for UAE and Gulf
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influence
- Able to connect analysis to commercial impact and influence peers across markets
