This position works out of our Dubai/Cologne location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Diseases

What Youll Do:

  • Implement and monitor Business Intelligence models for customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and educate the organization on SFE concepts.
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Plan and monitor sales targets KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Own and manage sales incentive plans including bonus design and calculations.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and insights to support business development and strategic planning.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose new sales force strategies including resource allocation and geographical deployment.
  • Lead productivity workshops and facilitate improvement action plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR IT Marketing Medical) to optimize processes and productivity.
  • Perform ongoing data analysis benchmarking and corrective action recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

BCom/BSc Degree

MBA desirable with preferred focus on Strategy Marketing and Finance

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Seasoned experience in Sales and or Marketing

Relevant Experience in Commercial Excellence in Healthcare Industry preferably in Diagnostics medical devices or pharmaceuticals.

Product/industry knowledge technical/business acumen Business Knowledge

Strong project experience in Commercial Area

Full Understanding of the SFE principles is a must

Commercial Knowledge

IT Systems / Skills

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Word PowerPoint and Outlook
  • PowerBI and

Competencies

  • Seasoned experience in sales and or marketing.
  • Insight into internal and external customers
  • Expert in Training and Development
  • Expert in Data Analytics
