Join our team as a Bell Attendant in the vibrant city of Dubai United Arab Emirates! Were looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. As a Bell Attendant youll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests comfort from the moment they arrive.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
- Provide timely and efficient delivery of guests belongings to their rooms
- Offer personalized orientation of guest rooms highlighting key features and amenities
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby serving as a brand ambassador for our property
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with valet parking services when required
- Provide information about local attractions dining options and transportation in Dubai
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling guests belongings
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Bell Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- In-depth knowledge of Dubais attractions dining scene and local culture
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
- Valid UAE drivers license (preferred)
