Apt Resources is currently seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical electrical and plumbing systems at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP management within highprofile environments ensuring that all systems run smoothly and adhere to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation maintenance and repair of MEP systems within the palace.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors vendors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and project .
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all MEP systems.
- Manage and oversee the work of MEP technicians and other staff members.
- Diagnose and resolve any issues related to MEP systems in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities inspections and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision preferably in royal or highprofile environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using MEP design and management software.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Must be in UAE.
Benefits
